!!!Andersen, Robin Christian

b. Vienna, July 17, 1890, 
d. Vienna, Jan. 23, 1969, painter. As a member of the "New Art Group" 
(Neukunstgruppe) in 1911 in Vienna he exhibited his works together 
with E.  Schiele and O.  Kokoschka. 1921 co-founder of the 
Gobelin-Manufaktur (tapestry workshop) in Vienna, professor at the 
Vienna Academy of Fine Arts. In his works he developed a 
constructional design combining cool colours with a linear structure.

Portraits, landscapes, still lifes, tapestries (Salzburg 
Festspielhaus), glass windows and frescoes.
