Vienna, Dec. 9, 1870, politician, writer, lawyer. 1848 member of the Frankfurt National Assembly for the Democratic Left; 1861 Minister without portfolio in the "Citizens´ Ministry" (Buergerministerium); resigned in 1870 when his "Minority Memorandum" was rejected.
