!!!Bucquoi von Longueval, Johann Nepomuk Graf

b. Prague (Czech Republic), June 28, 1741, 
d. Nove Hrady, Czech Republic (then Gratzen), April 11, 1803, 
1672-1670 in the civil service, devoted his life to the education and 
assistance of the poor on his estates in South Bohemia. In his 
function as tenant in tail he founded in 1771 an experimental school 
at Kaplitz before Maria-Theresia's school reform and an institute for 
the poor in Gratzen which became a model for similar establishments in 
all provinces under Emperor  Joseph II 1782 head of the 
Foundation Commission, 1784-1787 director of all affairs related to 
foundations.
