Inscriptionum Latinarum), of medieval glass paintings (C. Vitrearum
Medii Aevi), of laws (C. Iuris Canonici, C. Iuris Civilis) and of
doctrines advocated by Reformed Churches (C. Doctrinae). After 1648 it
also referred to the political representation of the Imperial Estates
(C. catholicorum, C. evangelicorum).
