Dreigrafenministerium (Three Counts´ Ministry), the ministry 
established on May 27, 1865 with Count R.  Belcredi as Prime Minister 
and Minister of State (succeeding A. v. Schmerling), Count J. 
Larisch, one of the wealthiest owners of land and coal mines as 
Minister of Finance and Count A.  Mensdorff-Pouilly as Foreign 
Minister. The Dreigrafenministerium relied on the Crownland diets, 
suspended the Reichsrat on September 20, 1865 and was the last 
absolutist government of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy. The 
Dreigrafenministerium was in office until February 3, 1867.
