Schmerling), Count J. Larisch, one of the wealthiest owners of land and coal mines as Minister of Finance and Count A. Mensdorff-Pouilly as Foreign Minister. The Dreigrafenministerium relied on the Crownland diets, suspended the Reichsrat on September 20, 1865 and was the last absolutist government of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy.
