b. Vienna, May 16, 1930, composer and music instructor (1953-1990). 
"Die Pfaffenberger Nacht" (1970) is the best known of his numerous 
works. His compositions are mainly defined by their rhythm, motifs, 
and sound colours; tonality and rational considerations are secondary. 
Received the Culture Prize of the Province of Lower Austria in 1980.

cantata "Wenn ich betruebt bin" (1975), musical dramas, ballets.
