Fiala, Hans#

b. Weinern (municipality of Gross-Siegharts, Lower Austria), Dec. 26, 1875, d. Vienna, Oct. 19, 1928, law scholar. Played a leading role in founding the Vienna juvenile court and the enactment of the 1928 juvenile court law. one of the founders of the youth welfare service, an institution which helps juvenile offenders (e.g. with psychological advice), provides public assistance to young people, etc.
