Federal Railways (OeBB) and politician (Austrian Social Democratic
Party, SPOe). 1965-1973 member of the Nationalrat, 1970-1973 Federal
Minister of Transport, 1973-1974 Landesrat and 1974-1986 Deputy
Landeshauptmann of Carinthia.
