Gamsgrube, Carinthia, grass-covered hollow (cirque) at about 
2,500 m, area approx. 64.3 acres, protected area, on the southern 
slope of the Fuscherkarkopf mountain opposite the Grossglockner 
mountain; alpine flowers, moss and insects, mostly of Central Asian 
origin, can be found along the moraine of the Pasterze glacier.
