Oktroyierte Verfassung#

Imposed Constitution (German: Oktroyierte Verfassung, March Constitution, Constitution of 1849), constitution drawn up by the government of Felix Schwarzenberg and signed by emperor Franz Joseph I on March 4, 1849 (as opposed to the constitution drafted by the Reichstag of Kremsier). The Maiverfassung of the Corporate State of May 1, 1934 was also an imposed constitution.
