The Edna Valley AVA [{GoogleMap location='35.2163267,-120.6036298' zoom='10'}] is an American Viticultural Area located in San Luis Obispo County, California south of the city of San Luis Obispo and north of the town of Arroyo Grande. The valley is bound by Lake Lopez to the south, Islay Hill to the north and to the west by Santa Lucia Mountains. The valley has one of California's longest growing seasons and is well known for its Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Syrah.
