Just as the day has begun, it should end: With breathtaking views of the city - namely from the "Space Needle". On a clear day, you can see from here as far as to the snow-capped Mount Rainier, an active volcano and the highest mountain in Washington State. Also, from the Space Needle one has a great view of the "Lake Union" and of course of the ferries (Ferry Boats! At the latest now all fans of "Grey's Anatomy" will think nostalgically of McDreamy) crossing Elliott Bay. If you have chosen the time well for your visit to the Space Needle (as we did!), you can also experience a gigantic sunset far above the roofs of the city. Whoever has not snapped a shot worth to be shared on Instagram on our city tour as yet, will do this now at the latest - promised.
