The only way is to buy a ticket for the ride to the observation deck "At the Top" on the 124th floor. However, you should purchase the ticket on the Internet as far in advance as possible, because the demand is huge. The starting point is in the Dubai Mall. From there you walk for minutes through aisles and halls telling of the construction and the building owners of the gigantic structure.
