Glaser, Eduard, b. Podbořansky Rohozec, Czech Republic (then Deutsch-Rust), March 15, 1855, d. Munich (Germany), May 7, 1908, archaeologist, explorer (S-Arabia, Mediterranean). Extensive studies of the kingdom of Sheba. His collection (stone engravings etc.) is on exhibit at the Vienna Kunsthistorisches Museum and the Austrian National Library in Vienna.
