Official Secrecy is to be observed by all persons entrusted with 
duties in federal, provincial and municipal administration. Official 
secrecy only applies to information related to official activities 
which is to be kept confidential in the public's interest or in the 
interest of other persons. Under certain conditions, exemptions from 
secrecy in official matters are permissible.
