Labour and Social Tribunals: originated from the courts of labour and 
conciliation boards in 1987; responsible for making decisions in 
matters concerning labour law (disputes arising from employment 
relationships) and social law (disputes arising from social insurance 
relationships). The courts of labour and social affairs deliberate in 
panels consisting of judges and expert lay judges; a professional
