The palace, built 1691-1711, is an important example of Munich court art but has been severely neglected; Banqueting hall built according to plans by J. K. Zuccalli with ceiling fresco and ornamental stucco work; interior furnishings and fittings were taken to St Martin in 1926. !Further reading S.
