Ausgedinge (farmer's life interest), provision for retiring farmers 
(also: Auszug, Altenteil, Ausnahme): overall term for the life 
interest of a retiring farmer (called an "Altenteiler" or 
"Auszuegler") who hands over a farm to a successor but still reserves 
for himself the right to occupy the farm, to draw remunerations in 
kind and/or cash annuities, etc. by means of a transfer agreement. 
Ausgedinge is a combination of personal easements and charges on land 
rents.
