Expulsion of Aliens: aliens residing illegally in Austria are expelled 
by the police authorities on the basis of an official decision. In the 
interest of public order, even aliens residing legally in Austria can 
also be prohibited from residing in Austria or expelled. In such 
cases, the protection of their private and family life is to be taken 
into consideration ( Aliens, Laws Relating to).
