director and chairman of the board from 1993-1997; from 1998 (merger 
of Oesterreichische Brau AG and Steiererbrau AG), chairman of the 
board and managing director of  Brau Union Oesterreich AG, since 1999 
managing director of Oesterreichische  
Brau-Beteiligungs-Aktiengesellschaft.
