b.  Vienna, March 5, 1952, historian. Studied social 
sciences, economics and history in Vienna; since 1979 researcher at 
the Documentation Centre of Austrian Resistance; since 1998 Deputy 
Chairperson of the Austrian Historians´ Commission concerned 
with the issues of property confiscation on the territory of the 
Austrian Republic under the Nazi regime and restitution and 
compensation since 1945; expert on right-wing extremism and 
restitution. Awarded the Kaethe Leichter State Prize 1992.
