Vienna Boys Choir 1938-44, from 1952 onwards member of the Vienna 
State Opera Chorus, 1953-83 chief conductor of the Vienna  
Maennergesang-Verein, 1968-83 director of the Vienna State Opera 
Chorus, from 1983 in charge of the Santa Cecilia di Roma choir and 
conductor with numerous international orchestras, 1999-2001 Artistic 
Director of the  Vienna Boys' Choir.
