!!!Baric, Otto

b. Eisenkappel (Carinthia), June 19, 1933, soccer player and along 
with E.  Happel one of Austria's leading soccer trainers. Until 1969 a 
trainer in Zagreb (Croatia), later mainly in Austria. Trained the 
Rapid Wien club, which won the Austrian championship and Austrian Cup 
Finals several times; reached the European Cup Final 1985 with Rapid 
Wien and 1993 with Austria Salzburg. After having won two Austrian 
championships with Austria Salzburg he temporarily relinquished his 
post as trainer in 1995. In 1999 he succeeded H.  Prohaska as trainer 
of the Austrian national football team.
