b. Vienna, 1710, 
d. Vienna, Sept 29, 1773, Capuchin, painter. From 1739 student at the 
Vienna Academy, from 1772 member of the Academy. Painted various altar 
panels for churches in Austria and Hungary. As a member of the 
Capuchin Order he took the name Brother Norbert. The Capuchin 
Monastery in Vienna houses several of his works.
