Becker, Erich, b. Vienna, Oct. 5, 1941, manager. Studied at 
the Hochschule fuer Welthandel in Vienna (now Vienna University of 
Economics and Business Administration). Until 1989 employed by 
Simmering-Graz-Pauker-AG; 1989-1991 member of the board of M + A 
Holding AG; member of the board of Austrian Industries Technologies AG 
1991-1992, of Austrian Industries AG in 1993 and of OeIAG 1994-1999. 
Since 1999 President and Chairman of the Managing Board of  VA 
Technologie AG.
