Disabled, Sports for the, sports as a therapy or as a recreational or 
competitive activity is offered for practically all types of 
disability. The Austrian Sports Federation for the Disabled 
(Oesterreichischer Behindertensport-Verband, OeBSV) was founded in 
1958 and comprises 5 associations (figures from 1993) and 5,915 
members.
