d. Vienna, Sept. 16, 1964, architect, urban planner. Head of the 
Special Commission of the Vienna Office of Urban Development; helped 
set up the Institute of Regional Planning, advisor to the Association 
for Questions of Planning and Construction of Austrian Cities. 
Supported housing development, promoted town centre rehabilitation and 
developed trend-setting concepts for the urban development of Vienna.
