b. Vienna, July 27, 1941, singer (baritone), son of the sopranist and 
singing teacher Ruthilde B. (b. Jan. 9, 1918), brother of Wolfgang  
Boesch; 1966-1968 at the Stadttheater Berne, from 1977 in Vienna 
(Volksoper and State Opera), participated in the Salzburg Festival, 
esp. famous for his role as Papageno in Mozart´s "Magic Flute".
