board of directors of VOeEST-Alpine AG ( Nationalised Industry) steel 
works, 1988-1992 chairman of the Board of VOeEST-Alpine Stahl AG, 
important contributions to the development of the  Corex(r) method. 
1990-1992 member of the board of directors of  Austrian Industries AG, 
from Nov. 12, 1993 Hungarian honorary consul in Linz.
