!!!Brünner Programm

Bruenner Programm: At their party convention in Bruenn (Brno) in 1899,
the Social Democrats decided on principles for the solution of the
nationality and language issues of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy on
the basis of equal rights. The so-called Bruenn Programm called for
the "reorganisation of Austria as a democratic federal state
consisting of various nationalities, the setting up of independent
national bodies with self-administration and absolute autonomy
concerning national affairs, a legal framework for the regulation of
the minority question." (Hugo Hantsch).
