Bundesgerichtshof (Federal Supreme Court), name of the Supreme Court 
in Vienna founded during the corporate state in 1934 by the merger of 
the Constitutional Court and the Administrative Court; existed until 
1941 and was part of the "external office" of the Reichsgerichtshof in 
Berlin until 1945. The Constitutional and Administrative Courts were 
again separated in 1945.
