!!!Caritas Socialis

Caritas Socialis, charismatic sisterhood, founded by H.  Burjan, in 
1919 emerged from a previous association of the same name, recognized 
by the Pope in 1960. Active in family care, old people´s 
welfare, youth work, counselling; governs the Institution for Social 
Professions. In 1994 around 150 sisters, especially in Vienna, Lower 
Austria, Italy and Brazil.
