Business Administration and at Vienna University of Technology. 
Manager of a company specialising in ecological construction projects; 
1991-1996 Vienna city councillor without portfolio for the Greens, 
1996-1997federal spokesman of the Greens; since 1997 chairman of the 
parliamentary party.
