b. Carinthia, 1530/40, 
d. St. Veit an der Glan (Carinthia), 1595, Protestant preacher in 
various castles, regional historian. Wrote a chronicle on behalf of 
the Carinthian Estates in 1588 modelled on that by W. Lazius; the 
chronicle was edited under the name of "Annales Carinthiae" (2 vols.) 
by H. Megiser in 1612.
