Cibulka, Heinz, b. Vienna, Jan. 16, 1943, artist and 
photographer. 1957-1961 studied at the Graphische Lehr- und 
Versuchsanstalt (Educational and Research Institute for Graphics) in 
Vienna and became acquainted with R.  Schwarzkogler and H.  Nitsch. 
From 1972 created photographic cycles and picture poems (particularly 
on the subject "the country"), as well as objects and 
pictures of objects, later also cycles about the city. Since 1993 
digital picture collages and cycles. Co-founder of the 
Oesterreichisches Fotoarchiv (Austrian Photo Archive) and the Lower 
Austrian society for the promotion of artistic photography 
"FLUSS".
