d. Gresten (Lower Austria), Dec. 10, 1848, diplomat, then politician 
dealing with economic issues and administration, 1838 General Director 
of Court Architecture, 1840 founded the Austrian Trade Association, 
1848 for a short time commander of the Academic Legion.
