Concentus musicus Wien, Viennese orchestra founded 1953 by Nikolaus  
Harnoncourt, specialises in old music, using historical instruments; 
their numerous records have gained them fame as important figures in 
the propagation of old music and its performance according to the 
practice of the period when it was written.
