Constantia-Iso Holding AG, industrial holding company with 
headquarters in Vienna, founded in 1980, attained its present size in 
1993 when it separated from Herbert  Turnauer's Constantia 
Industrieholding AG. Via Iso Holding GmbH, the company holds interests 
in the following companies:  Isovolta, Oesterreichische 
Isolierstoffwerke AG, Oesterreichische Homogenholz GmbH, Funder 
Holding AG ( Funder Industrie GmbH), Isosport Verbundbauteile GmbH, 
Werzalit AG & Co., Letron GmbH and others. The group's staff comprised 
approximately 4000 workers and employees in 1997, when group turnover 
totalled ATS 7.2 billion.
