Offices in Vienna and Los Angeles; experimental architecture 
(initially related to actionism), then constructions and projects 
influenced by deconstructivist methods of design. The C. H. work with 
objects and elements that overlap and penetrate each other ("crashed 
roofs", "frozen wings"). German Prize for Architecture 1999; Grand 
Austrian State Prize 1999.
