Social Democratic Party, SPOe). 1969-1976 member of the Landtag of 
Vienna and member of the Vienna City Council, 1976-1979 member of the 
Bundesrat, 1979-1984 and 1986-1987 member of the Nationalrat, 
1976-1988 president of the Vienna Chamber of Labour and the Austrian 
Council of Chambers of Labour.
