Austrian Chamber of Dentists: representative body (legal basis: Law on 
"Dentisten") of the persons legally entitled to exercise the 
profession of "Dentist". The main duty of the Chamber is to safeguard 
the interests of its members. Its organs are appointed democratically 
and the costs are covered by contributions levied from members; they 
are subject to supervision by the Federal Ministry of Labour, Health 
and Social Affairs.
