Contract of Service: By signing a contract of service employees 
undertake to make their labour available to the employer for a 
particular period of time. The  Labour Law contains extensive 
constraints on the flexibility of the contract. As a rule the contract 
of service may not infringe legal norms, collective agreements or  
Plant Agreements.
