Dietrich, Margret, b. Lippstadt (Germany), Feb. 19, 1920. Theatre 
scholar, university professor (1966-1984), head of the Institute for 
Drama Studies at the University of Vienna, 1973-1985 director of the 
Institute for Audience Research at the Austrian Academy of Sciences, 
since 1981 full member of the Academy.
