Dietrichstein, Count Adam (from 1587), b. Graz (Styria), Oct. 17, 
1527, d. Mikulov (Southern Moravia), Jan. 15, 1590. Imperial 
diplomat in the service of  Ferdinand I,  Maximilian  II and 
 Rudolf II. D. was granted rule over Nikolsburg (Mikulov), which 
was in the possession of the Mensdorff-Pouilly-D. family until 1945.
