Dobiaschofsky (Dobyaschofsky), Franz Josef, b. Vienna, Nov. 23, 
1818, d. Vienna, Dec. 7, 1867. Nazarene, painter of religious 
themes, genre and historical paintings. 1850-1851 teacher at the 
Academy in Vienna; 1854-1856 in Rome; worked under J. von  Fuehrich on 
the frescoes in the  Altlerchenfeld Church  in Vienna.
