b. Vienna March 25, 1973, competitive skier. Member of the Austrian 
World Cup racing team since 1994, silver medal (super-G) at the 
Olympic Games of Nagano (Japan) in 1998, silver medal (downhill) and 
bronze medal (super-G) at the 1999 World Championships, Vail (USA); 
World Cup winner in giant slalom in 1999/2000; gold medal (downhill) 
at the 2001 world championships in St. Anton (Tirol).
