b. Vienna, May 18, 1896, 
d. Vienna, Nov. 28, 1972. Lawyer and politician. As a lawyer, D. was 
advisor to the Heimwehr (paramilitary force) command in 1928; Minister 
of Finance, 1935/36. Deported in first transport to the Dachau 
concentration camp in March 1938, later continued work as a lawyer, 
finally legal counsel to the Habsburg-Lothringen family.
