the "Erste Oesterreichische Allgemeine Unfall-Versicherungs AG", 
founded in 1882, and the "Assicurazioni Generali", founded in 1832. 
Since 1998 operating under the name of  Generali Holding Vienna AG, 
with various subsidiary companies, including the insurance company 
Generali Versicherung AG.
