b. Salzburg, around 1698, 
d. Salzburg, Aug. 31, 1756. Salzburg court painter (from 1727), pupil 
of M.  Altomonte, F.  Solimena and S. Concha; in 1732 painted the 
decorative horse frescoes at the watering basin in the Royal Stables 
in Salzburg (completely restored in 1916).
