Erlaufsee, Lake, Lower Austria/Styria, alt. 827 m (1.5 km 
long and 500 m wide), 4 km north-west of Mariazell; the 
headwaters of the River Erlauf flow through it. Lake Erlaufsee forms a 
small part of the border between Lower Austria and Styria.
